What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee the resolution of escalated customer issues and implement improvements.

About You:

• 5+ years in senior customer service management.
• Biopharma, Bio-Tech, or life sciences industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP (Syteline or SAP preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to drive a customer-centric culture.
