What You'll Be Doing:

About You:
- 5+ years in senior customer service management.
- Biopharma, Bio-Tech, or life sciences industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP (Syteline or SAP preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to drive a customer-centric culture.
