Company Overview:Prinstant is an entrepreneurial company that sells print-on-demand products through various B2B and DTC channels.Job Overview:As our Customer Service representative, you are our voice to our customers. You will be in daily contact with customers and how you make them feel will have a lasting impression on how they look and feel about our brands. Your role as a Customer Service rep will only help in your sales role. In this sales role, you are a hunter that is cold emailing/calling customers, listening and learning as you work to bring them onboard. To succeed in this role, you must have the heart of a teacher. You are expected to help guide customers to a solution while having patience to answer the same questions multiple times with the same enthusiasm.Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or live chat in a prompt and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies to assist customers effectively.
  2. Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints, requests, and escalations with empathy and a focus on finding solutions. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  3. Sales Generation: Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions by understanding their needs and recommending relevant products or services. Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales revenue.
  4. Order Processing/Customer Onboarding: Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments. Ensure accuracy in order details and timely fulfillment to enhance the customer experience.
  5. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services and stay updated on new offerings, features, and promotions. Effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions to customers to drive sales.
  6. Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including customer interactions, inquiries, and purchases. Provide regular reports on sales performance and trends to management for analysis and strategic decision-making.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align Customer Service efforts with sales objectives. Share customer feedback and insights to improve products, services, and sales processes.
