Customer Service Representative
Package Pavement Company, Inc., a manufacturer and licensee of QUIKRETE® products in Stormville, NY is seeking an organized, enthusiastic, professional, polite and experienced Customer Service Representative for our inside sales department. We are looking for an individual that likes working with people at all levels and can successfully perform with limited guidance. Our Customer Service department’s main goal is to provide our customers with superior service through efficient and effective problem resolution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive customer calls
- Process all incoming orders through computer system
- Coordinate internally with other departments regarding product availability and delivery information
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product information requests
- Send samples and other support materials to customers and salesmen as requested
- Coordinate with the credit department when customer accounts are over limit
Experience Required:
- 1-2 years’ experience with inbound Customer Service calls.
- Responsible, enthusiastic self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
- Professional phone demeanor
- Must demonstrate good problem-solving skills with patience and courtesy.
- Must work well in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision with a high attention to detail
- Individual must have exceptional computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
