Rehabilitation Equipment Associates has an immediate opening for a motivated Durable Medical Equipment Customer Service Representative. This position entails aiding clients on the Homecare sales floor, sales of equipment and products, client intakes and data entry, and offering exceptional Customer Service. We pride ourselves on providing clients with products and services that will help each remain active, independent, and safe at home.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone and email
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Assist clients with the sale of equipment and or products
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Must be dependable
