Customer Service Representative (Hybrid)

HRC Total Solutions, LLC is a third-party administrator of pre-tax benefit accounts and COBRA. As a recognized leader in our services, we continue to build and expand our talented team of professionals, and we’re seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Service Representative! The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This position has the following schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with a rotating schedule of 11:00am-7:00pm 1-2 days during the week
The rate of pay for this position is $16-$18/hour
Training is onsite with the option to work remote, hybrid or onsite after.

Requirements

• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
• Ability to learn and understand HRCTS' plans

Summary

• Connect with participants via telephone, email, online chat to provide support and information on plans and services
• Ensure appropriate action is taken to resolve customer questions and concerns
• Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries or comments
• Educate participants on their plan options and guidelines
• Complete assigned daily task: processing returned mail, following up with voicemails, process incoming faxes
• Work closely with Manager and team to provide exceptional Customer Service
