We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Allstate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service to clients, addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be fully supported by our award winning team and leadership!
OTE (On Target Earnings): $50,000-$60,000

Requirements:
- Property & Casualty Insurance License (we will guide you!)
- Previous experience in Customer Service in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with insurance management systems.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide personalized insurance solutions tailored to the individual needs of each customer.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Educate customers on coverage options, policy terms, and insurance products.
- Collaborate with agents and underwriters to address customer concerns and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes to provide informed assistance to customers.
