Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative
Job Summary
Responsible for assisting customers with orders, questions, and product inquiries. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, organized, outgoing, personable, and have basic keyboarding skills. You will need to understand the Customer Service process, how to build relationships, and problem-solve.
Primary responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries and communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, fax, and mail.
- Greet customers warmly and determine the reason for calling quickly.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Assist customers with placing orders, refunds, exchanges, or sample requests.
- Suggest solutions based on customer challenges or reasons for calling.
- Understand and communicate G&G policies in a friendly manner.
- Communicate pricing, inventory levels, lead-time delivery, and order status.
- File as needed.
- Create RGA and credit memos.
- Update & maintain the quote and quote follow-up spreadsheets.
- Have a strong understanding and know G&G products and capabilities inside and out.
- Enter quotes and orders into the computer system and send order confirmations and quotes via phone, email, fax, and mail.
- Confirm delivery and follow up on quotes via phone, email, fax, and mail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work extended hours as needed; regular and predictable attendance is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
