East Side Animal Hospital in Indianapolis is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. We are a busy practice that has been rooted in the community for more than 60 years. CSR must possess good critical thinking and problem solving skills, basic math and writing skills are important. We are looking for a person(s) with compassion, positive attitude, excellent communication, basic math skill, basic writing skills and teamwork skills. Multi- tasking and punctuality is expected. We have a great clientele with a wide range of background and education. Client education is vital and requires patience and compassion.
Requirements for the position are:
A Customer Service Representative is the first person clients interact with and therefore have a huge impact on a client's experience. CSR must be welcoming, friendly, confident and calm.
Part time 3 to 4 afternoons a week-NO WEEKEND HOURS
- 1+ years previous experience working in a veterinary practice is preferred
- Positive attitude, ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Math and Writing Skills
- Need to be detail oriented, finish tasks in a timely manner
- Work well with co-workers
- Great Customer Service
- Must love working with people and animals
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old to apply
- Accept constructive guidance and advice related to performance
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
- Bilingual-helpful
