As Dexcom grows, we continue to expand our definition and importance of key customer types including payors, IDNs, and employers. The Payor and Channel Marketing team is responsible for developing the Dexcom CGM value story specific to these customers and works closely with our Account Executive team to ensure Dexcom CGM is easy to prescribe and access at a low cost. The Payor and Channel Marketing team is made up of diverse professionals with broad skills and levels of experience. 


Where you come in:

  • This matrixed role reports to the Sr. Director of Payor and Channel marketing with whom you will build trust and credibility with key stakeholders through regular interaction, evidenced by feedback and proven working partnerships with senior business partners across the organization. 
  • You will lead the development and execution of the Dexcom Distributor marketing strategy including the development, execution, and measurement of HCP and patient focused marketing programs in conjunction with Distributor partner.
  • You will lead the Dexcom print and digital media wholesaler marketing plan targeting pharmacies and distributors to further communicate Dexcom CGM value. 
  • You will work hand in hand with the channel account team to understand customer needs, business opportunities, and attend join business review meetings on a quarterly basis.
  • You will work with channel account management, leadership, and marketing to develop and execute robust communication plans.

Travel Required: 15-25%


Experience and Education Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 - 8 years of related experience.


Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
