Customer Service Representative*****CLASS STARTS05/06***
Location: Bradenton, FL 34203 ONSITE
Work type: Contract 6-9 months Temp to Perm
Pay rate: $18 per hour and $18.50 bilingual
Shift: Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm (34-40 hours weekly)
Position is ONSITE during contract period (6-9 months)
WFH once successfully completed contract and converts to perm.
Job Description:
- Answer incoming calls professionally, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service for all customer inquiries.
- Handle customer concerns promptly and ensure all needs are met, aiming for one-call resolution.
- Provide information and guidance to rental car customers with a positive, empathetic, and professional approach.
- Utilize appropriate tools and resources to achieve complete and accurate resolutions, focusing on one-call resolution.
- Maintain and enhance product, process, and technical knowledge related to services.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced call center environment.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1 year of Customer Service experience in a call center setting; inbound call center experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including efficient navigation between applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
- Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is advantageous.
