Granite State Tire and Battery in Manchester, NH is hiring an entry level Customer Service Representative to assist in providing our client base a superior Customer Service experience each time they come into the shop. Previous experience in the industry is not required but you must have prior Customer Service experience, a willingness to learn, positive attitude and be able to work in a team of focused professionals.

We are looking for an entry level Customer Service Representative to assist our seasoned Customer Service team with the daily workflow of our high- volume shop. As a Customer Service Representative, you will report to the Service Manager and be responsible for a range of tasks and duties including:
- Greeting customers as they arrive at the shop setting the tone of an upbeat and friendly experience.
- Answer incoming phone calls and setting up appointments and following up on customer questions.
- Making outbound phone calls and when vehicles are ready to be picked up after repair.
- Drive the company shuttle car to drop off and pick up customers at work or home.
- Drive the company shuttle car to move parts from one shop to another or pick up parts at a local vendor.
- Maintain cleanliness in Customer Service areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of loaner vehicles.
- Learn to deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong sales and Customer Service experience
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
