Creative Mirror & Shower, Chicagoland's leading glass and mirror specialist for 50+ years, has an opening for a Customer Service Representative. This position primarily involves handling inbound phone communication for prospective and existing customers, and helping to process orders for our sales team. This position is focused on supporting our Sales Team by setting up well communicated appointments and interacting positively with customers and co-workers. Work environment is professional and casual in a friendly environment of a family owned and operated business that cares about its employees. Applicant must have good interpersonal skills, communication skills, and technology skills.
This is a full time position with benefits. Compensation is anticipated to be between $40,000 to $45,000+ annually PLUS full time benefits that include holiday pay, vacation pay, medical and dental insurance, paid life insurance, and a 401k with a company great matching plan.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and set appointments for our sales team
- Learn everything you can about our evolving products and services
- Handle occasional customer complaints with care and responsiveness.
- Provide information to customers about company products and services
- Document and update customer records based on appointments and job status
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Technology proficient with good keyboarding skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
