We're currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our client's team, located near Ballston Spa, NY, and act as a liaison between their clients and customers. The ideal candidate will excel in resolving issues with accuracy and efficiency, while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative will include:
- Act as a liaison between clients and customers, providing timely and accurate assistance.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with patience and empathy.
- Gather valuable customer feedback to improve service standards.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer complaints effectively.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service.
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience in data entry is preferred, with proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
- Ability to maintain composure in challenging situations, including interactions with frustrated customers.
- Willingness to adapt to changing procedures and client needs.
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $18-$23/hr.
