We are seeking an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative who loves building solid customer relationships. This long-term contract Customer Service Representative position could be for you, if you're available to work in Burlington, Vermont.
Your responsibilities in this role
- Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications
- Organize and route incoming telephone calls
- Deliver outstanding, friendly Customer Service in a timely fashion
- May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
- Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries- Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
- 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
- Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
- A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism
- Comprehensive knowledge of Customer Service
- Background working with Provide Technical Support
- Practical knowledge of Technical Support
- Earlier work involving Post-Sales Support
- Deep understanding of Mechanical Components
- Foundational knowledge in Call Center Customer Service
- General familiarity with inside sales
- Demonstrated knowledge of Sales Commision
- Mechanical Assembly experience required
- Adeptness in Sales Calls
- Experience with call centers
- Good understanding of Customer Support
- Remote Support experience highly preferred
- Strong Customer Service and office administrative skills
- Proficient with diversified computer software and systems
- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
- Hands-on knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
