Health Plan Administrator looking for a Full Time Customer Service Representative.
Our Customer Service representatives are integral to our mission and are dedicated to serving our members and providers with excellence. This position is meant for those looking to provide a very good experience to our inbound callers. Applicants should possess good communication skills and desire to provide a personalized approach as well as anticipate and resolve customer concerns.
In this role the applicant will be the first point of contact with members and providers and reply to claim status inquiries, as well as providing benefit verification; and documenting all inquiries and correspondence with internal agents as needed;
Applicant should possess the followings skills:
- Excellent Customer Service skills, both written and verbal
- Dependable work ethic with excellent time management skills,
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to multi-task
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
