Mosquito Joe of Springfield is seeking an organized, friendly, and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and help our customers make outside fun again. We provide top-notch customer care while delivering outdoor pest control services to residential and commercial customers. In this role, youll be our customers first point of contact and responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer support experience.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid Drivers License (required)
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer Service Representative Key Competencies:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications including having experience with Microsoft Office products
Reliable
Prior Customer Service/call center experience is highly desired, but not required
About The Job:
Identifies needs of customers and suggests services and/or products that are specific to the customers needs
Handle customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
Handle customer calls and electronic correspondence for service and scheduling
Communicates with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues
Manage brand reputation through direct dealings with customers either by phone or email.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Maintain customer databases
