We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our company. Our business is growing and we need to add to our team!
To be successful in this role, you will need to be organized, efficient, and have practical problem-solving skills. You will be interacting with our customers daily and having patient and respectful behavior is a must as you are representing Red Mountain Garage Doors.
Hours: In Office 7:30 am -5 pm M- F & when it is remote it will be M-F 5 Pm -8:30 PM (weekend 8 am - 8 pm remote only).
This is a Hybrid position, one week in office and one week remote.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Scheduling customers according to location and date
- General office duties and working knowledge of computers
- Assisting in maintaining a strong presence on social media and replying to reviews
- Taking payments over the phone
- Executing great Customer Service and being a great ambassador of our brand.

- Previous experience in an office setting
- High-level of organizational skills
