Job Description:

• Provide excellent Customer Service. Assist customers promptly and in a friendly manner, either over the phone or via email.

• Be an active team player. Must be able to communicate and collaborate constructively with other internal departments to ensure the job gets done.

• Assist in researching and resolving parking issues, including payments, accounts receivable, access issues, etc.

• Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.

• Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments.

• Direct unresolved issues to a different department if needed.

• Handle additional tasks and general office duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age

• High School degree or equivalent work experience

• Must be able to work in person from the office

• Proficiency in English and Spanish

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Capable of communicating difficult news

• Strong analytical skills

• Ability to multi-task prioritizes, communicate effectively and remain organized

• Good working knowledge of PC based computers and familiarization with Microsoft Office

• Dependable, cooperative, and willing to assist others
