Job Description:
- Provide excellent Customer Service. Assist customers promptly and in a friendly manner, either over the phone or via email.
- Be an active team player. Must be able to communicate and collaborate constructively with other internal departments to ensure the job gets done.
- Assist in researching and resolving parking issues, including payments, accounts receivable, access issues, etc.
- Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments.
- Direct unresolved issues to a different department if needed.
- Handle additional tasks and general office duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- High School degree or equivalent work experience
- Must be able to work in person from the office
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Capable of communicating difficult news
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task prioritizes, communicate effectively and remain organized
- Good working knowledge of PC based computers and familiarization with Microsoft Office
- Dependable, cooperative, and willing to assist others
