Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage inbound phone calls, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, order placements, and product-related questions.
- Read and respond to emails, ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers regarding order status, product information, and general inquiries.
- Process orders efficiently using Salesforce, ensuring accurate entry of customer information, product details, and payment transactions.
- Utilize Authorize.net to securely process credit card payments over the phone, providing a seamless and trustworthy transaction experience for customers.
- Assist customers in tracking their orders through Shipstation, resolving any issues related to shipping delays or order discrepancies.
- Manage return orders, creating necessary documentation, tracking returns, and communicating updates to customers on the status of their returns.
- Perform troubleshooting related to order concerns, addressing customer issues and collaborating with others to resolve complex problems.
- Conduct administrative tasks during non-peak times, including website-related activities, email creation, and supporting other marketing efforts as needed.
- Onboard new customers by guiding them through the process, explaining our products and services, and ensuring completion of necessary documentation.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and Customer Service, representing the company positively in outward-facing interactions and consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements:
- Work Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 3 PM EST, in a quiet environment with reliable internet and a computer.
- Use personal cellular device for 2-factor authentication for Salesforce.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in data entry, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams).
- Demonstrate excellent typing accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
