SalaryCachet Dry Cleaners is immediately hiring for a Full-Time Customer Service Counter Representative.
We are in need of individuals who have experience in a dry cleaning business to work at our Littleton Location (Highlands Ranch).
We are looking for an individual who can bring a positive Attitude, is extremely reliable, and feel comfortable working with computers and customers. Having a dry cleaning experience is a huge plus.
The right individual for this position must:
- Assisting customers with their orders
- Reconcile daily cash and credit sales
- Conduct accurate/secure store inventories
- Resolve Customer Service situations at the counter.
- Stage items to be sent for processing to our main plant
- Light housekeeping to maintain the store's cleanliness
- Being able to work on Saturdays
- This position requires moderate/strong English verbal, written skills and basic computer skills
- Great at Customer Service
- Superior attention to detail
- Physically be able to lift 10- 15 lbs using the proper lifting techniques.
- A flexible schedule is not a must but a plus
Job Type: This is not an office/desk job. This is on your feet, face-to-face interaction with customers as well as answering quick questions over the phone; however, you are in a store by yourself and a very low-stress work environment.
