- Small business in Gaithersburg seeking a motivated and positive Customer Success Representative to join our warm and welcoming team.
We are a company that provides marketing materials for Real Estate agents across the US. You will be responsible for supporting our customers by providing product and service information and resolving basic technical questions and issues. You will be getting to know our valued clients and anticipating their needs and guiding them through our portal for printing and design. Talking on the phone, responding to webchat, email enquiries and processing order information is a core part of this position as well.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about our products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients and teammates
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tech savvy with ability to learn software quickly
This position is not remote. The hours are 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday.
