As a Customer Service Representative supporting our distribution center operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and efficient coordination between our customers, warehouse employees, and delivery teams. Your primary responsibilities will include handling order inquiries, processing paperwork, managing shipments, and providing exemplary Customer Service to meet the needs of our clients. Responsibilities:
- The Customer Service Representative is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Paperwork processing: create daily routes and summaries; verify driver paperwork and set orders to invoice; scanning and organizing documents for record keeping; efficiently process and verify orders.
- Assist will call customers by providing necessary paperwork and directing them to the pickup area.
- Ensure accuracy in order placement and fulfillment.
- Manage small package shipments.
- Schedule and coordinate local delivery appointments.
- Communicate order requirements to the warehouse team for timely preparation.
- Take pallet measurements and generate Bills of Lading for LTL shipments.
- Track LTL shipments and provide relevant information to customers.
- Answering phone calls and order taking, stock checks, product ETAs on backorders and tracking LTL shipments.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma.
- 1 - 2 years of Customer Service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Proficiency in order processing and paperwork management.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of shipping logistics and inventory management systems a plus.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
