Tom Wood Aviationis looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our amazing team!
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent Customer Service in all customer contact situations
- Collaborate with teammates providing top-notch Customer Service to increase profits and customer loyalty.
- Coordinate with colleagues for accounting/invoicing
- Aviation knowledge is extremely helpful but not mandatory.
Qualifications:
- Experience providing outstanding Customer Service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction
- An effective communicator who understands the importance of listening and being empathetic
- Willingness to learn new skills and ability to adjust to changes quickly
- Open to feedback to support your performance and development
- Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing preferred
