We are Heating & Cooling Specialists at AirMaster who are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In 2016 started with humble beginnings. Duties
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service and support to our clients.

- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and returns
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Process orders, payments, and refunds
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers in English
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent sales and upselling skills
- Experience in outbound calling is preferred
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
