Customer Service Representative

Healthcare company looking for an energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a member of our team, the candidate will be responsible for growing and strengthening existing customer relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Frequent visits to current and prospective referring physician offices.

• Manage a specified territory of referral sources.

• Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and chat

• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner

• Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience

• Pre-plan and arrange the required number of visits per day.

• Assess and coordinate the needs of referring physicians, patients and monitor the effectiveness of any implemented changes.

Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

• Understand Consultative Marketing Strategies, utilizing the behaviors on a daily basis.

• Knowledge of radiology, modalities, and diagnostic procedures is ideal.

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Effective time management.

• Customer support experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.51 - $22.29 per hour
