Healthcare company looking for an energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a member of our team, the candidate will be responsible for growing and strengthening existing customer relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Frequent visits to current and prospective referring physician offices.
- Manage a specified territory of referral sources.
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience
- Pre-plan and arrange the required number of visits per day.
- Assess and coordinate the needs of referring physicians, patients and monitor the effectiveness of any implemented changes.
Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
- Understand Consultative Marketing Strategies, utilizing the behaviors on a daily basis.
- Knowledge of radiology, modalities, and diagnostic procedures is ideal.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management.
- Customer support experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.51 - $22.29 per hour
