Key Responsibilities:
Client Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Assist clients with understanding their health insurance policies, benefits, claims, and any other related inquiries.
Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Policy Guidance: Educate clients on policy details, coverage options, and eligibility requirements to aid them in making informed decisions about their healthcare plans.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Claims, Underwriting, and Sales to ensure seamless customer experiences and to address complex customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer-centric approach with a passion for helping others.
Familiarity with health insurance policies, coverage, and benefits (preferred but not required; training will be provided).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
