As an Education and Training Associate, you will assist new and existing customers/members in understanding current Florida laws governing the hospitality industry and meeting compliance requirements for education, training, and labor laws.

You will process orders, develop customer relationships, troubleshoot, and provide valuable information and guidance while offering customers and members choices in products, classes, and services during each inbound call.

Some of the other responsibilities of the associate position include:

• Answering client calls, online chats, and tech support
• Performing basic data entry and account maintenance
• Delivering exceptional Customer Service to build client satisfaction & loyalty
• Providing effective and timely resolution for a range of client inquiries
• Utilizing all resources and tools to troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues
• Upselling new items and add-ons to customers

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent. (Associates Degree Preferred)
• At least two years of Customer Service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite of software programs
• Able to effectively multi-task in multiple programs at once
• Hospitality experience a plus

• Pass pre-employment background check and drug test
