Job Description:
- Assemblers perform tasks that are necessary to the production process
- Aid in the fabrication, maintenance, and repair of component parts and products
- Maintain tidy work areas and follow detailed instructions in order to meet safety and quality requirements.

- Ability to comprehend and follow detailed verbal and written instructions, as well as diagrams, blueprints, and other technical documents

We are seeking a Technical Support Representative to cover our After Hours Support calls to join our team! You will resolve computer and hardware related issues for our customers.
This position will cover our 24/7 after business hours calls. On average, there are about 8 - 10 calls per week with an average call time of 15 minutes. You will come into our office for initial training and have support as well once you begin answering the calls.
The hours for this position are Monday - Thursday from 5pm to 11:59pm and Friday 5pm - Sunday 11:59pm (EDT).
Candidates are not required to live in the Tallahassee, FL area where our office is located, but would be required to cover the EDT hours described above.
This position would pay $100 per week and $25 per call. Calls would be required to be entered into our Cloud platform in order to calculate pay. A computer and cellular phone would be provided by us.
This is a subcontract position where a W9 would be required and proof of identity where, in turn, we would provide an annual 1099 for tax purposes. Compensation would be paid monthly, by direct deposit.
Responsibilities:

- Track customer issues and resolutions

- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Learning our products inside and out so that you can answer questions and resolve issues
- Creating tickets of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, along with closing them as the issue is resolved
- Communicating with colleagues and Management as necessary
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
