Magellan Solutions USA is a veteran-owned Call Center and BPO company with a track record of performance. Magellan is actively recruiting for a full time Call Center Representative opportunity for a Federal client in Houston, TX.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule -Thursday, Friday, Monday 8AM-4:30PM
- Schedule - Saturday, Sunday 3:30PM-12:30AM
- Opportunity to work additional shifts.
- Answers incoming calls and communicate with clients with respect, courtesy, empathy, tact, and professionalism.
- Transfers calls accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers.
- Maintains an above average attendance record.
- Follows established standard operating procedures.
Qualifications/Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Prior Customer Service or call center experience preferred.
- Can be a team player
- Can work without direct supervision
- Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office
- Can work well with medical staff, veterans and elderly
- Has a good work ethic
- Outstanding verbal communication skills (phone etiquette).
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and highly organized.
