About the Team
The Phones team ties together all the teams at The Advocates. You would be joining a collaborative, personable team that provides the first impression for new clients inquiring about the firm. This team managers incoming calls, mail, faxes, and guests.
About the Role
You would be a member of the Phones Team, spending about half of your time on phones queues to answer and direct calls. The other time would be spent organizing, filing, and directing mail, faxes, and other clerical functions. Some time may be spent managing the reception desk and greeting incoming clients.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct calls from a phone queue
- Organize mail, faxes, and other incoming packages
- Work hand-in-hand with the Intake Team to collect client information
- Develop a strong rapport with clients who may be in a crisis situation

Work Model:
- Hybrid schedule proceeding the in-office training period: 3 days in office, 2 days wfh
