Bankers Advertising currently has a key position opening for a Customer Service Representative / Order Administrator (CSR). The CSR is responsible for phone and email support and correspondence, coordination of orders and production requests, coordination of artwork and layouts, coordination of the proof approval process with sales representatives and customers, and managing and monitoring orders to ensure delivery as expected. The position combines experience in Customer Service, attention to detail, troubleshooting, and small project management to provide quality products for our customers while providing a meaningful, rewarding and fulfilling employment experience.
