THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - OFFICE ADMIN

YOUR ROLE:

As our Customer Service Representative - Office Admin, you're the go-to person in our office. You answer customer phone calls, addressing inquiries, providing information, taking orders, handling complaints, and processing returns. Behind the scenes, you support the General Manager and team with administrative tasks, keeping everything running smoothly. You are always up for a challenge and jump in wherever needed. You love that your day is spent making meaningful connections and helping others.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma
• 1 year of Office Administration education or comparable work experience
• Good computer skills including knowledge of common office applications such as Microsoft Office
• Excellent phone skills and experience with or ability to learn business telephone systems
