Customer Service Representative
Duties include the following:
• Handle inbound calls with a focus on customer service
• Scheduling and communicating with service technicians
• Coordinating customer appointments and managing reminders
• Will be asked to help around the office when not on the phone

Customer Service Representative Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $20.00 /hour
- Full Time and Part Time work available
- First Shift
Part Time 30hr/week CSR Position- Customer Service, scheduling and dispatch.Very flexible schedule, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8am-5pm with an additional 14 hrs split between M, Th and Fri.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
Experience Requirements:
• Microsoft office experience required
• Customer service experience required
• Scheduling and dispatch experience is preferred
