Summary
Responsible for building long term relationships with customer in person and by phone including but not limited to opening new accounts, selling bank services, handling various customer issues by finding the right solutions for their financial needs and providing expert advice regarding products and services. This position will also cross-train in the teller function.
Bank Operational Knowledge
Demonstrates a satisfactory level of knowledge and adhere of First National Community Bank's deposit and loan policies and products to successfully take in applications for new accounts.
Ability to take initiative and utilize sound judgment in decision-making and include management in higher-level problem solving.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Position Type/Expected Hours
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a. m. to 5:00 p.m. and some Saturdays will be required.
Travel
This position will require some travel to other branch locations as needed.
Experience and Education Requirements
High School Degree or equivalent required.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Finance or related field degree preferred
Minimum of 2-years of experience in banking as a teller or Customer Service Representative required.
