The Customer Service Representative serves as one of the primary business contacts for the customer and is responsible for overall customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative is expected to consistently provide excellent Customer Service to accounts, as well as represent customer needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality.
Working as a team and individually to service the customers- Facilitating and assisting with sales to customers
- Answer phone calls and emails and enter orders on the computer
- Assisting and completing tasks and special projects
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high level of product knowledge.
Must be able to work Monday - Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
