Job Responsibilities:
- Education and assisting clients on our products & services.
- Obtaining qualifying medical documentation and insurance benefits for products.
- Ability to deliver great customer experiences in a retail setting and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction.
What We Are Looking for:
- Customer Service or Call Center experience
- Strong people skills, approachable, good listener, and empathetic
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in healthcare field (plus)
- Durable Medical Equipment experience (plus)
- Ability to meet performance metrics
About the Role:
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Job Type: Full Time
Compensation: Starting at $22/hour with opportunity to earn additional bonuses
Location: New Hope, MN (Onsite)
