Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Associate. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and/or email
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding new and follow up service repair appointmets and/or ongoing repair cases
- Assist customers with delivery and repair service challenges and help to resolve these challenges in a way that delivers exceptional customer care and within company policy
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to execute solutions for our wonderful customers
- Work well with others, and maintain professionalism in working with co-workers and customers alike
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, is a plus
- Proven ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Previous experience in Customer Service is required
