Certified Installs is the largest value-added appliance installation company in Utah. We are currently seeking professionals with experience managing complex service routes. Successful candidates will have demonstrated a history of exceptional Customer Service; the ability to handle customers, trade partners and technicians with care; and the ability to find creative solutions to scheduling challenges.
Successful candidates will:
- Have an inviting voice and phone presence and be able to forge strong customer bonds.
- Enter orders quickly and accurately.
- Quickly learn the products and services offered and be able to cross-sell other services.
- Communicate professionally and effectively to team members, technicians and customers, even in stressful situations.
- Work diligently and independently.
Qualifications:
- At least five years of customer support or dispatch experience, preferably within a service industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to understand products and technical concepts and can communicate those concepts to customers in a clear and simple way.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Shifts will be five days a week with Saturday shifts. We are closed on Sunday.
