Customer Service Representative

Amatrol is looking for an experienced Customer Service specialist with strong critical thinking skills, Excel experience, and exceptional attention to detail. In this position, you will support our international and industrial Sales teams and our customers as you work through each case from start to completion, creating quotes and assisting in the coordination of international shipments.

What will you be doing?

• Answering phone calls and emails to assist our customers with questions or issues regarding products or services.
• Building relationships with returning customers, as you will be the first contact when they have questions.
• Investigating and solving problems to ensure issues get resolved.
• Logging customer concerns, actions to resolve, and feedback at completion.
• Creating quotes and completing international shipment compliance forms, packing lists, etc.

• Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word, Outlook Calendar, etc.
• Two-year degree a plus, but not required

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
