We are looking for an approachable and adaptable individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Delight our customers by informing them about Allstate insurance products, answering their inquiries, and efficiently handling service requests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Problem Resolution: Efficiently and effectively resolve customer problems and ensure proper follow-up to leave our clients satisfied.
• New Business Development: Identify opportunities to generate new business by genuinely connecting with Littleton residents, understanding their unique needs, and demonstrating how Allstate insurance can be a perfect fit for them.

Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service.
• Sales Experience: An additional 2 years of sales experience is preferred.
• License: A valid Property & Casualty License is required.
• Technology Proficiency: Ability to use CRM systems and implement new tools for efficiency.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Insurance Industry Knowledge: A background in the insurance industry is helpful but not required.
• Bilingual: English & Spanish

Location: The Alex Kaufman Allstate Agency is based in Parker, Colorado.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
