Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product/service information
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (multilingual skills, especially Spanish, are a plus)
- Previous experience in sales or Customer Service preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Proficient in data entry and computer navigation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information

Pay: $18.43 - $19.57 per hour
