Opportunity to execute and improve the following areas:
- Answer calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Research required information using available resources
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customer with product and service information
- Complete call logs
- Sell additional products by recognizing opportunities to upsell accounts; explaining latest items or featured products.
Competencies, Education, and Skills to be Successful:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 3 years successful related sales experience with an understanding and knowledge of produce food service or retail related products (as assigned).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening skills
- Influencing and negotiation skills
- Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office and common E-Mail systems
Physical Demands:
- Stand or sit for long periods of time
- Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
- Work in cold and wet cooler environment for short periods of time
Schedule:
- 1st Shift (7:00am-3:00pm) – Alternating Weekends
