Job description:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Conflict resolution skills
Effectively and respectfully communicate with coworkers/ management
Proper phone and interpersonal etiquette
Maintain a well-organized work environment
Ability to use a desktop computer system
Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word a plus
Qualifications
- Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client Service Representative
- Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
- Experience with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation with the capacity to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
- Ability to speak fluently in English and Spanish preferred
