Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or issues. Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding matters
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions
- Previous experience in Customer Service or sales is preferred
- Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously
- Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $17.58 - $21.17 per hour
