We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding service.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and notes
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer profiles
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
