About the position
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the vital link between the car and the customer, ensuring the customer experiences The Sweetest Way To Buy or Sell Your Car™. Responding to sales leads and customer inquiries, you'll provide the info customers need through video, text, phone calls, and in-person in order for the customer to decide to buy a car. HoneyCar's simple process, transparent market pricing, desirable inventory, and daily onsite training will ensure a successful outcome for the Customer Service Representative and the customer! No sales experience required! We will train the right candidate for the job! $5,000 training pay is two months at $2,500 monthly guarantee

Qualifications
- No automotive experience needed
- Have an enthusiastic attitude with high energy throughout the workday
- Be a great communicator with customers and team members
- Entrepreneurial and ambitious spirit
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Sales experience not required
