Ocean State Innovations, a premier global source of textile products and services, is looking for someone to join our Customer Service team. This is a critical role and will require someone with strong organizational and communication skills. Job responsibilities will include:
- Entering sales orders
- Providing customers with product documentation and other required paperwork
- Providing customers with order status updates
- Coordinating logistics for all shipments and export paperwork
- Maintaining samples and sending samples to external lab as appropriate
- Previewing test reports and identifying any testing issues
- Following testing with labs and maintaining updates for the office
- Maintaining and filing internal and external test reports
- Contacting outsourced lab for any outstanding reports needed
- Entering manufacturing orders for plant divisions
- Coordinating/following vendor mfg. orders and confirming updates
- Completing SLI’s, Commercial Invoices, COC’S and COO’s
- Answering phones as needed
- Entry and Reconciliation of inventory
- Filing all headers received
- Sending out all UPS packages
- Answering phones as needed
- Providing backup support for any team member, as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements: 1 year prior experience in Customer Service/administrative work.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $53,000.00 per hour
