Customer Service Representative

Are you a Customer Service professional looking for a great opportunity in insurance? You might be a perfect fit for our open insurance Customer Service Representative role. You'll be in charge of giving current policyholders excellent Customer Service by resolving billing issues, amending policies, and making policy suggestions. Additional tasks include generating policy quotes and providing coverage advice for new and potential customers. $40,000 - $50,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Follow-up on client interactions in a thorough manner to ensure customer satisfaction
• Contact clients for concerns or complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and monitor the situation to make sure the issue is resolved
• Confirm client insurance coverage and provide evidence of insurance papers to policyholders
• Stay up-to-date on new marketing efforts to answer insurance product inquiries utilizing all the resources available
• Respond to incoming calls concerning policy and insurance coverage concerns, as well as customer complaints and general questions

• Re-market client's renewal policies amongst our direct carrier appointments

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules is preferred
• Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Prior work in a customer-facing position or Customer Service role is required
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
• High school diploma or GED equivalent needed
