Job Description
$40,000 - $50,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Follow-up on client interactions in a thorough manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Contact clients for concerns or complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and monitor the situation to make sure the issue is resolved
- Confirm client insurance coverage and provide evidence of insurance papers to policyholders
- Stay up-to-date on new marketing efforts to answer insurance product inquiries utilizing all the resources available
- Respond to incoming calls concerning policy and insurance coverage concerns, as well as customer complaints and general questions
- Re-market client's renewal policies amongst our direct carrier appointments
- Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules is preferred
- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Prior work in a customer-facing position or Customer Service role is required
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
- High school diploma or GED equivalent needed
