Customer Service Representative (Remote)

We seek a highly motivated, adaptable Visual Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly growing team. We have an amazing web presence, a recognizable brand, a great reputation, and top-notch customer reviews due in part to great Customer Success Representatives.
In this role, you will promote and sell products using proven sales techniques to prospective customers. We are searching for an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills who loves to help people. Our Customer Success Team is crucial in our commitment to delivering an industry-leading customer experience.
       ROLES & REQUIREMENTS 

• Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively.
• Address customer inquiries in a positive, friendly manner.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalently.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Must have a smartphone with internet access, a laptop is recommended but not required
