Position Summary:

CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Support Contact Center is actively hiring service-focused professionals fielding inbound contacts from our Front Store and Digital customers (Website, App, etc) .

You will be responsible for incoming customer contact across all channels including phone, email, and online chat. In this position, you will use your proficiency with all CVS online, mobile and social media platforms to drive digital adoption and serve as a customer advocate for CVS.com, Prescription Management, CarePass Program, CVS Photo and Customer Relations support needs. You will work in a team environment, take ownership for solving customer issues, and help customers navigate CVS’s digital platforms, with the ultimate focus on customer satisfaction.

This is a work from home position. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 10:30am to 7:00pm ET with rotating weekend coverage. Our operating hours are M-F 8:30am to 7:00pm ET and Sat-Sun 10:00am to 6:30pm ET.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of consecutive experience in a Customer Service position
• Must be able to work remotely and meet all work from home requirements (privacy, internet, etc).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a call center environment in a retail or healthcare setting
• Experience collaborating with external vendors

Education:

• Verifiable high school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience is required.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
